ICC is a highly successful small business with over 24 years of experience in the A/E/C industry. ICC was formed to respond to the increasing demand for more experienced and qualified Cx Authorities. ICC believes one of commissioning’s core tenants is to pay attention to the details, especially where gaps in scope and expertise commonly occur. Reducing these mistakes helps reduce the risk of costly change orders, and unexpected performance of the Owners building systems once construction is complete and spaces are occupied.

ICC’s main office is located in Los Angeles, CA, and we have satellite office locations in Virginia, and Santa Catarina-Brazil. ICC started in 2010 with immediate success providing Existing Building Commissioning (Retro-Cx) and LEED Commissioning for both Fundamental & Enhanced Projects. Since our inception we have assembled dedicated resources & staff to respond to the increasing demand for Whole Building Commissioning, Energy Modeling, CALGreen, and CHPS Commissioning.

The ICC team has developed a reputation for our depth of field knowledge and execution of the Cx process with a high level of accuracy and detail. This claim is supported by numerous client references and letters of recommendation for our completed work to date. ICC’s managing principal is a leading expert in the Commissioning industry and has made significant contributions to the development of Cx process, guidelines and standards. An accomplished presenter, he has been the featured speaker for organizations such as International Facility Managers Association (IFMA), Universal Network Intelligence (UNI) of Singapore, and Western Council of Construction Consumers (WCCC). He believes in providing experienced leadership and technical competence in all aspects of ICC’s delivery, and is committed to retaining CxA’s across multiple sectors of the AEC industry in order to provide a balanced blend of architectural engineering experience with field & facilities operational experience on every project we deliver. Throughout the dynamic phases of your project, we are informed and experienced enough to roll up our sleeves and help resolve the challenges each of your projects may present.

We take a team approach to solving problems. We know that while our Cx process and Cx Plans provide sufficient details to tackle almost any issue, it’s not details that solve problems, its people that resolve issues!It is our highest priority to understand the projects issues, working collaboratively with the project team, to clearly define resolutions that meet our client’s project goals, whether they are financial, operational, long term, or short term.
